Return Policy

Standard size Woodard Weave® rugs and pads purchased through the Online Shop may be returned within 14 business days of delivery. Rugs and pads must be unused and should be returned in original packaging. To initiate a return, please call 1-212-988-2906 or 1-800-332-7847 and we will assist you in arranging for a FedEx pick up. You will receive a refund for the rug and/ or pad, less the cost of shipping, within 5 business days of receipt. Rug and padding orders placed by phone cannot be returned.

All sales are final on Online Antiques purchases. They may be returned for exchange only within 14 business days of delivery. If the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt by phone or email.
